Prithi Daswani, Founder and Managing Partner

Prithi Daswani gained experience in both tax matters and audit while working at Ernst & Young in the past. Her expertise includes Designing and implementing state tax minimization strategies Defending clients in sales tax audits and negotiations Analyzing state tax consequences of various business transactions Performing refund analysis and refund claims (reverse audits) Researching state tax issues Drafting technical ruling requests on behalf of clients Voluntary disclosure negotiations and agreements.

With the onset of the “green” revolution, Prithi focused her attention on rising taxability issues relating to green tax credits and various incentives. She is currently among only a handful of Green tax experts. She has amassed significant experience in renewable energy projects and their tax ramifications.

Rick’s exceptional people skills and pursuit of excellence have made him a much sought-after professional. Rick’s experience includes the hospitality, pharmaceutical, small business and financial industries. Having managed over $200 million in revenues and $100 million in sales and marketing budgets, Rick has developed various cost reduction strategies. As a member of the CFCG Core Team, Rick manages all client relationships and develops the firm’s sales and marketing strategies. Rick holds a BA from the University of Central Florida
